By using gonowministries.net, giving, signing up, or attending a GoNow Ministries event, you agree to these terms.

Faith, prayer, and healing

GoNow Ministries believes God heals, delivers, and does miracles today, and we pray boldly for people. Prayer, ministry, and testimonies shared on this site are spiritual ministry. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and they do not replace care from a licensed professional. Do not stop any prescribed medication or treatment without talking to your doctor. Testimonies are the real experiences of the people who shared them. Individual results are not guaranteed.

Fitness activities and events

Some GoNow events, including Holy Night at the HIRT Locker, include physical exercise. Exercise carries a risk of injury. Check with your doctor before starting any exercise program, work at your own pace, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath. You take part voluntarily and at your own risk. To the fullest extent allowed by law, you release GoNow Ministries, its board, leaders, volunteers, and host venues from claims arising from your participation, except claims caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. Events may require a separate signed waiver.

Giving

Gifts to GoNow Ministries are voluntary and are processed by Tithe.ly (our main giving platform), Cash App, Venmo or PayPal, each under its own terms. Gifts through Tithe.ly receive an automatic receipt. For gifts through Cash App, Venmo or PayPal, email kailen@gonowministries.net to request a receipt. GoNow Ministries is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. No goods or services are provided in exchange for gifts unless a receipt says otherwise. Gifts are generally non-refundable. If you believe a gift was made in error, contact us within 30 days and we will review it. Gifts designated for a specific purpose are used for that purpose when possible. GoNow Ministries keeps final discretion to use any gift where the need is greatest to further its mission. Monthly partners can change or cancel recurring gifts at any time through Tithe.ly or by contacting us.

Text messages

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from GoNow Ministries about events and ministry updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Photos and video

GoNow events are often photographed, recorded, and livestreamed. By attending, you agree that your image and voice may appear in GoNow Ministries media at no charge. If you do not want to appear, tell a GoNow leader at the event or contact us, and we will make reasonable efforts to honor your request. We do not post minors' names without a parent's permission.

Content

Sermons, videos, writing, logos, and other content on this site belong to GoNow Ministries or are used with permission. You are welcome to share links and short clips with credit to GoNow Ministries. Do not sell, alter, or republish our content as your own without written permission. Anything you send us, such as a testimony or prayer request, may be used by GoNow Ministries for ministry purposes. We will not publish your full name with a testimony without your permission.

Your conduct

Do not use this site, our forms, or our chat to harass anyone, send spam, or break the law. We may remove content or block access at our discretion.

Other websites

Our site links to other services, such as Tithe.ly, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranty and limit of liability

This site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, GoNow Ministries is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
