GoNow Ministries ("GoNow," "we," "us") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit ministry based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This policy explains what information we collect through gonowministries.net, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and anything you write in a form, prayer request, booking request, or chat message.
  • Giving information: gifts are processed by Tithe.ly, Cash App, Venmo or PayPal. We receive your name, contact details, and gift amount. We never see or store your full card or bank details.
  • Automatic information: like most websites, our site and its providers collect basic data such as browser type, device, pages visited, and approximate location, through cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

  • To respond to you, pray for you, and follow up on requests.
  • To send ministry updates, event invitations, and news by email or text, if you choose to receive them.
  • To process gifts and send giving receipts.
  • To run, protect, and improve the website.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the text message consent box on one of our forms, or opt in through our website chat, you agree to receive text messages from GoNow Ministries about events and ministry updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of giving or attending.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging opt-in data is only shared with the service providers who help us send messages.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the ministry, such as our website host (Squarespace), our giving platforms (Tithe.ly, Cash App, Venmo and PayPal), and our contact and messaging platform (GoHighLevel/LeadConnector). We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email.
  • Stop text messages by replying STOP.
  • Ask us to see, correct, or delete your information by contacting us below.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information online.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no website or online service is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
